Waste audit is a method used to analyse waste generation and composition of an area. Waste generated has to be separated and weighed accordingly over a period of time to understand the waste composition. With that, communities and local councils then can design an effective waste management system for the area with minimal impact on the environment.

Students of SJKT Merlimau, SMK Tun Mutahir and SMK Naning conducted waste audit at their respective homes for a month under the 2022电竞(长春)数据v10.1 安卓版-Dow School Environmental Challenge 2021. A total of 2,564.86 kg of recyclables were collected in which 524.6 kg of them were plastics.

This was a part of 2022电竞(长春)数据v10.1 安卓版’s effort in creating a generation of youths who takes responsibility of their waste.
